Our beliefs are at the heart of what makes us who we are.
These aren’t just concepts or ideas; these beliefs express what we believe to be true and real about God, the world He made, and where we fit in all of that.
They help us live the way God intended, bringing glory to his Name.
One Faith, One Savior, One Hope
God
We believe in one God, Creator of all things, eternally existing in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and that these three are of equal dignity and power and worthy of all worship.
The Word
We believe that the 66 books of the Bible are the inspired and inerrant Word of God. The Bible is the complete revelation of God’s will for salvation and the authoritative rule of faith and practice for the Christian life.
Jesus
We believe in the full deity and humanity of Jesus Christ; His miraculous conception by the Holy Spirit; His virgin birth; His sinless life; His substitutionary death on the cross; His bodily resurrection; His ascension to the right hand of the Father; His personal, bodily, and imminent return; and His triumph over evil.
Humanity
We believe that man was created in the image of God, by and for God, and that by man’s disobedience to God, every person incurred spiritual death, which is separation from God, and physical death as a consequence; and that all people are sinners by nature and practice.
Salvation
We believe that Christ died for our sins and that all who believe in Him are declared righteous because of His substitutionary death and are, therefore, in right relationship with God, saved by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone.
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit indwelling and sealing all believers and thus enabling and empowering the life and ministry of the believer through his gracious gifts.
The Church
We believe in the Church, the visible assembly of true believers, who Jesus, the head, guides to maturity and unity through the power of His Spirit to reach the world with the gospel.
The End
We believe in the bodily resurrection of everyone who has lived, the everlasting life with God for those in right relationship with God, and the separation from God of those who have rejected God’s forgiveness in His Son.
